These Terms of Use and Content License govern wallpapers, image exports, editable cnvz files, and scene data created, exported, imported, or shared with cnvz. The cnvz application itself is licensed under the agreement provided by the marketplace from which you obtained it.
Summary
cnvz creations are intended for personal use. Editable cnvz files may be shared noncommercially, including through a cnvz code or QR code, so others can import and edit the scene. Commercial use requires prior written permission.
What these terms cover
In these terms, an “Output” is a wallpaper or image rendered from a cnvz scene. A “cnvz File” is the editable scene data created or exported by cnvz. The same scene data may be represented or transferred through a cnvz code or QR code.
These terms apply to the cnvz File, its scene data, and the Output produced from it. They do not claim exclusive rights in the QR code image, the idea of a transfer code, or the underlying QR code standard.
Acceptance of these terms
By using cnvz to create, export, import, or share a cnvz File or Output, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use those features.
Marketplace license
The cnvz application is licensed under the terms of the marketplace from which you obtained it. On Apple platforms, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies unless Apple presents another applicable agreement. These content terms supplement marketplace terms and do not replace any mandatory marketplace terms.
Personal use of cnvz creations
To the extent an Output or cnvz File contains cnvz-owned material, you receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use it for personal, noncommercial purposes on devices and displays you own or control. Personal use includes using an Output on a workplace device or as a background in a video call.
An Output may appear incidentally in screenshots, recordings, video calls, streams, or photographs of your devices, including monetized content, provided the Output is not being offered, promoted, or licensed as a standalone asset or a primary part of what is being sold.
You may not redistribute Outputs as standalone downloads, bundles, templates, stock assets, or asset packs.
Commercial use
Without prior written permission, you may not sell, sublicense, or redistribute an Output or cnvz File as a standalone asset, or use one as a material element of merchandise, branding, advertising, paid promotion, client work, stock content, templates, or a commercial product or service.
This restriction does not prevent incidental appearances permitted above or the noncommercial sharing of cnvz Files permitted below.

These usage restrictions are contractual conditions of using cnvz creation, export, import, and sharing features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, they apply whether or not a particular Output, cnvz File, transfer code, or element within one independently qualifies for copyright protection.
Your content and imported materials
You retain any rights you hold in original content you import and in your original creative contributions. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use any images, files, trademarks, or other protected materials you import or incorporate.
cnvz does not claim ownership of your original imported content or creative contributions. These terms do not grant rights to third-party material that may appear in a scene or Output.
cnvz ownership
The cnvz application, source code, interface, documentation, branding, presets, visual systems, and related technology are owned by the developer or applicable licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Use, sell, license, or distribute an Output or cnvz File beyond the permissions expressly granted by these terms.
- Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
- Use a cnvz File or Output in a way that violates law or the rights of another person.
- Misrepresent cnvz-owned material as exclusively your own or claim ownership of the cnvz application, format, presets, or visual systems.
Sharing cnvz Files
You may share an editable cnvz File online so other people can import, edit, and use the scene for personal, noncommercial purposes under these terms. You may share that scene data as a file, cnvz code, or QR code. Anyone who receives or imports it must comply with the same restrictions.
This permission applies only to editable cnvz Files and their encoded scene data. It does not permit distributing Outputs as standalone downloads, bundles, templates, stock assets, or asset packs.
You are responsible for the content you choose to share and the people or services with which you share it. Importing a cnvz File does not grant rights to third-party material included in it or any commercial rights not expressly granted by these terms.
Third-party services and store terms
Your use of cnvz may also be governed by the terms of the store through which you obtained it and by the terms of third-party services you choose to use for saving, sharing, or backup. If a mandatory store term conflicts with these terms, the mandatory store term controls to the extent of the conflict.
Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, cnvz is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. The developer does not warrant that cnvz will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, display, operating-system version, or third-party service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or opportunity arising from or related to cnvz. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Termination
The permissions granted under these terms terminate automatically if you materially violate them. After termination, you must stop using and distributing the affected Output or cnvz File. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Severability and waiver
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Entire content agreement
These terms are the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding use and sharing of Outputs and cnvz Files, except for a separate written commercial license signed by the developer. Marketplace terms continue to govern the cnvz application itself.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when cnvz features, licensing, or legal requirements change. The updated terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Where required by law, material changes will be presented for acceptance.
